UPDATE2: I've got Hirens Boot CD working (also on USB)Īdditional question: why is it than when I install a Live image on the memory pen (sometimes/always? check format option) the USB won't even boot? Computer just skips it like there is nothing bootable on it.
I've tried the solution suggested in this thread but my grub-371.cfg is empty Shouldn't the installers install the liveimage automatically with no changes needed? Then tried with Universal usb installer which first gave some errors on installation with the original 3.7.1 iso so I downloaded the ISO again from sourceforge and it installed perfectly with no errors.
